Ken LaPoint-Founding Director
Ken is the founding director of Casabuilders and of the Mi Casa Children's Home Project. His heart for children and for serving God are first and foremost. You'll always hear, "Kenlapoint, kenlapoint!" whenever there are Mexican children visiting our teams.

Ken is there on every trip working alongside the team volunteers.

Roberto Morales -Onsite Caretaker
We met Roberto and his wife Maria during our first church building trip in 2003. Since that time, Roberto and his family have become part of our Casabuilder family, and now part of the Mi Casa staff. Even though his lay pastor work calls him to the far side of Tijuana, Roberto and his family live onsite at Mi Casa and provide the necessary presence to keep our project safe and secure.
Roberto and Maria and their 2 sons, David and Jovani are a regular part of each of our trips. While the boys lend a hand, Maria will make a delicious lunch for everyone.
